You are invited to find a musical group to praise God through music and be uplifted by the fun and fellowship too!

Chancel Choir rehearses every Sunday following worship in Miyama Hall from noon to 1:30 p.m. with a snack to tide you over.  Music reading not required.  Teens to seniors welcome!

Praise Team rehearses every Sunday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. in the sanctuary.  Contemporary Worship at 5:00 p.m.  Everyone welcome!

Youth Praise Band rehearses every Sunday morning (except the 2nd Sunday of the month) from 9:00-10:15 a.m. in room 16.  Youth in grades 6-12 are welcome!

Children's Music Preschool through grade 5 meet Sunday mornings in room 3 from 9:00-9:15 a.m.

Ukulele Fellowship meets every Sunday morning from 9:00-10:00 a.m. in room 5.  Bring your ukulele if you have one.  If not, just bring yourself.  All are welcome!  Questions?  Call Davy Lee at 732-1900.

Angels-in-Motion
"Angels-in-Motion" is a liturgical dance/creative movement group which is part of the Creative Arts Ministry of the Harris United Methodist Church. This group meets weekly on Mondays at 5:15-6:15 p.m. and is open to anyone who has a desire to express their faith through dance and movement. (recommended ages: teen and up). The group has performed during special services at church or when asked to dance to special hymns, scriptures or sung responses which are part of the regular worship service. "Don't Be Afraid, Sing for Joy"

Place:  Harris United Methodist Church, 20 S. Vineyard Boulevard, Honolulu, HI

We will worship through music and scriptures.  The service will include participants from our bell choirs, praise team, chancel choir and soloist.  All the lectionary scriptures for the day will be read:  Isaiah 61:1-4, 8-11, Psalm 126, 1Thessalonians 5:16-24 and John 1:6-8, 19-28.  You won't want to miss 3rd Sunday in Advent as we journey "From Despair to Hope."
